Credit card information provided by customers is stored at one of the leading PCI-compliant payment solutions providers in the country. No credit card data is maintained by PEQ, and no PEQ employee has access to any credit card information. Credit card information provided by you is always encrypted, and PEQ only retains a unique token to represent the card data..
Access to customer's accounts is via a user name and password. The user name and password is only stored on the device if a customer uses the auto login feature, in which case the user name and password is stored encrypted on the device.
Customers are automatically logged off the PEQ service after a certain amount of time after logging in.
All communication within the home and from the home through the Internet to our servers is protected by AES encryption.
The sensors and devices that are connected to the PEQ service provide certain information (e.g., temperature, battery level) that we retain and may use to improve our service to you. Likewise, when you access the service, we record certain information (e.g., IP address, browser information) that we may use to provide technical support. Any information we collect is stored on our servers using best-in-class technologies to protect it from unauthorized access.
When PEQ users install a camera, video clips and images are sent and stored based upon user-defined rules. Videos and images are encrypted when transmitted and stored on our servers and are only accessible to an authenticated customer. No PEQ employee, customer support rep or any third party can view a customer's stored videos or images.
Live streaming video can be remotely accessed on the PEQ dashboard or via the PEQ mobile app. Only authenticated customers can access the PEQ service and the video feed is encrypted and is only viewable by the authenticated user. No one can access your cameras or create a video stream without your user name and password. Please protect your user name and password. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, please change your password and/or contact PEQ support.

We will never share or sell your personally identifiable information to any third party unrelated to the provision of PEQ service without your permission unless we are legally required to do so. We will never rent or sell customer lists.
PEQ periodically updates the browser user interface and the PEQ mobile apps in order to continuously improve the PEQ customer experience. You should always install the latest version of our apps and keep your web browser up to date.
